DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administer base pay programs, globally;
    • Participate in the establishment and administration of a global base pay structure
    • Participate in establishing U.S. salary structure
    • Administer annual merit/salary review program
    • Measure competitiveness consistent with established target markets
    • Establish professional/technical ladders
    • Perform required statistical analysis
  • Administer annual incentive plans including management, sales, and support staff as well as special award programs
    • Participate, as requested, in annual design review process
    • Assist in communication of incentive plan materials
    • Maintain databases
    • Perform required statistical analysis
  • Participate in the development of global annual salary budgets and forecast
  • Work with HR staffing and HR generalists in job analysis and determining pay levels
  • Collect and analyze pay information from published surveys and participate in appropriate compensation surveys.
  • Develop statistical reports
    • Internal pay practices and trends
    • Payment of incentive and special bonuses
    • Annual base pay increase costs
  • Other responsibilities as assigned   

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-8 years of related experience
  • Excellent analytical skills, including high level spreadsheets and knowledge of Access
  • Understanding different types of compensation programs
  • Ability to work with employees at all levels in the organization
  • Excellent administrative and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience/understanding of working with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Flexibility and willingness to work on multiple projects / assignments  

CONSIDERED A PLUS:

  • CCP
  • Manufacturing experience  

Salary Range: $60,000-$80,000
Bonus Eligible

No Relocation Available
